At Erilan, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
